Very good app
It has little bugs but it’s very good app. It’s pretty fast and correct
Not working properly
I’m using it for 1.5 years and now I’m using latest version.
1. Connecting air conditioner is really not intuitive
2. When you open app it newer shows proper state of air conditioner. So lets say I turned off device. When I open app it shows that it is on. When you refresh it it almost newer shows correct state so you have to refresh it multiple times (sometimes 5 times) to see correct state at app. But if you are away you have to know somehow if device is on or off.
3. Device periodically disconnects from app, especially if you are not using it for longer time. Then you have to reconnect it and as I said it is not intuitive process and it takes some time, also you have to be near device.
All this beats purpose of app for remote control.
I really just want to turn air conditioner on and off before I come to office and newer expect something special from this app but it really is built very poorly and is not showing any signs of improvement.
Could be better but no complaints
This app work just fine with my AC. I took me couple of mins to set it is and believe me - it is not that difficult of a process just follow the steps . Works well and it is responsive.
Looks like it is universal app for all the offerings so there could be some settings which will do nothing - fan speeds in my case and left/right movements what ever that means..
My suggestion for devs is to work on the looks, it looks very outdated and not modern at all.
