Not too happy
The ink doesn't last very long :(
Constant crashing
Starting the app, waiting (what for?), 1 of 2 HP printers is selected alternating between "printer offline" and "ready", scrolling manually to the second HP printer, the app crashes. Starting the app again, now it's on 2 of 2 HP printers by default, same thing, alternating between "printer offline" and "ready", scrolling manually to the first HP printer, the app crashes. Even when the app doesn't crash at the main screen, it will crash later when checking supply levels or any other function.
Complete piece of crap forcing users to create account
Where to begin:
- Forces user to register and log in to HP account to use basic Printer featiures, like scanning, or printing photographs! What if I am offline or simply , DO NOT WANT A %&#$%& HP ACCOUNT?
- Slow to set up,
- Detected only several networks in vicinity. Could not recognize WiFi network, untill I connected my computer over it.
- settings panel not user friendly - after selecting optin from the list, I had to scroll back to the top of the page to see the options.
