Description
Arcos CRM is an innovative application for businesses with a sales team, at an affordable price. Each territory manager can take orders and manage their customers using an Apple iPad. A feature rich CRM application, providing any business with the ability to automate orders and manage customers. The Arcos tools are powerful, yet simple to use, and take full advantage of the unique capabilities of the Apple iPad.
The integrated sales presenter allows a seamless flow of the selling process. You may do a product presentation as part of the order taking process or record an order using a standard Order Pad. We know ,no two customers are the same and sometimes speed is critical. The order pad can contain pictures of the products or a simple order form consisting of a list of items. Once entered, the order can sent immediately to HQ.
Knowledge is power and with Arcos all customer activity and previous sales are at hand.
With advanced CRM capabilities all data captured is stored with clear and concise reporting in mind. Customer profiling is updated by using a scroll system where answers are cleverly defined.
A customer survey supplies real-time responses to promotions or to gauge the mood of your customer base.
