Lot of small bugs
I reaaly love the game and is very addictive. But! There are a lot of small bugs, app crashes now and then nonderministicly, sometimes after battle, ship stays in battle mode and i need to kill the app
Looks good from far, but it's far from good
The game is a great for killing time and lots of it. In fact it's not well suited for casual play as you can't progress much that way. Grinding makes for a good part of the game. Also you should be prepared to cash out loads, say an amount enough to buy a car or you'll never be really powerful enough. The packages are very expensive and you can't buy just the items you need. This game is f2p but p2w!
The good thing is it does depict the Trek universe but with a few caveats. It's based on the "Kelvin timeline" which means 23th century and the wrong timeline. The stuff from normal universe is unnaturally grafted onto all that, including the 24th century stuff like TNG which has always been the most popular. All that makes for an often confusing mishmash of everything which also consumes a lot of time as there are many different tasks to accomplish.
The other thing is, forget the Trek values. This is a space pirate style war game and you'll get killed and raided a lot. You should also kill and rob others to progress.
Another good thing is you get to meet interesting people in the game.

Hi, Peregrinus. We appreciate the detailed feedback! The STFC universe can be competitive, nevertheless, everyone has the freedom to be creative with their gameplay strategies. Purchasing is not necessary to progress in the game as the game provides several ways to obtain items, officers, and materials for free such as opening chests, improving your faction reputations, participating in events, or completing daily tasks. It's also helpful to work with other commanders to overcome challenges and opponents.
Cheating
I’m tiered of being ripped off on occasional base. How can someone turn off your shield protection? It’s just annoying and frustrating to spend hours and hours to coolect some trit and dil and then just in a fingersnap you lose everything. And yes ofcourse, the messege was sent too late for my station being attacked. And better, I was a few hours away from getting my shield protection off. I deleted the game case I really don’t have time to do it all again and again to feed some , obviously, cheaters.
