Run like hell

I’ve read the reviews before but my thinking was that I wont need anything more then a ticket purchase, trust me its not worth it, because this whole company is just filled with filthy tricks on each click you make, any experienced person will see it themself, so they present to you a fake price and upon almost purchasing it, you get hit by another higher price and then they say “but with free prime trial you can get this 20(or something like that)% off (which is back to the starting price they presented), and then I did it, was chill with it cuz there was a message “dont worry we will send a notification before your first subscription payment”
Guess what, they didnt, I had to see it for myself on bank app that -54,99€ was charged for eDreams Prime.

Now ya’ll thinking it aint bad if something similar to me happends ill just contact them, WRONG. There is LITERALLY no way to get in touch with them, they have a Bot that is dumber set up then a Tire on 1991 VW, and they have a phone number which you can call, and pay for each second while you are waiting for them to pick up, which they wont.

So yea now I have a year of Prime membership that I wont use if they even get me anything for free.

SCAM!!!

I became a Prime member, received 70€ voucher with email indication that I can use it for any flight over 69€. When I tried to use it it didn’t work, I tried to contact them over phone, email many times. First they said it didn’t work cause I wasn’t logged in, after I provided evidence of being logged in they said it can’t be used in the trial period. I asked where was that information indicated and this is when they stopped answering emails. I have read Terms and Conditions and it is nowhere written what they claimed. This is how they earn money, on people who just give up cases like this. Do not recommend to book with this company ever! Also direct booking is always cheaper.
