Awesome game but I haven’t got my dragon I wanted

The game is soooooooo awesome but I didn’t even got my dragon I wanted soo you have time createing events and other dragons for the events but “you don’t have time creating my dragon” that’s not fair!!!

I am very fond of the frequent new content you add which keeps this game alive. I'm glad there is constant new dragons and events which, of course, keeps the players coming back. However, I'm giving you 4 stars because of one reason and that's the fact that it's still pay-2-win. A player physically can't get all the dragons or just a legendary, sometimes even an epic one, just by playing. They need to pay for the virtual currency and that is not fair at all. Take a look at Flight Rising, they make sure the players can get everything by playing and being active. The only thing keeping me here is my collection addiction.

A big glitch i have

There is a big glitch i have found witch stops ne from getting my dragons stronger. They can’t get a better rank ( c-, b+ etc. )
Can you fix that ?
Let me explain a little further, they ubgrade their rank (i am connected to the internet with a strong connection) and after a few minutes rank gets deleted, pls fix that, i cant play arena anymore because od that !
