My Game chrashes when i join

I get on i phone and i join the Game and IT instantly chrashes

Every other is “watch an add and get this” which makes me quite iritated, despite this its not what i expected it to be, everything is already “prebuild” you just have to buy and upgrade, you dont have freedome in building and customizing which is sad for a good game as this.
