Vino, cibo, risate, storie, amori, ricordi: tutto fa parte di una miscela che deve essere innescata nella maniera giusta. Noi mettiamo solo una parte degli ingredienti, ma devono essere quelli giusti, quelli che portano il giusto sapore. Ecco, se devo dare una giusta definizione del nostro lavoro è proprio questa, bussare alla porta del nostro cliente e dirgli: “ti ho portato quei sentimenti e quelle sensazioni che mi hai ordinato ieri”.
