As a long-time admirer of Bethesda Studio, it truly breaks my heart to witness the direction they have taken with the once-revered Doom franchise. I am utterly disheartened to see them resort to creating a lackluster and shameless imitation of games like Archero, rather than maintaining their unique and groundbreaking identity. The fact that this game has materialized is almost surreal, and I cannot fathom how Bethesda could approve of such a disappointing endeavor. It's with a heavy heart that I can only give this game a 1-star rating. This is simply unacceptable for a studio that I once held in such high regard. My sympathies extend to the developers who were tasked with creating this derivative content. I can only imagine the frustration they must feel, as they have surely invested time and effort into a project that does little more than tarnish the legacy of Bethesda and the Doom franchise. What should have been an opportunity for innovation and creativity has been reduced to a mere act of theft, rather than drawing from other games as a source of inspiration.
