Finally they did it

Finally complete app. Still there could be included options for data extension to avoid waiting time calling support.

Very bad

Bad, bad and only bad experience. Application functionalists just doesn’t make sense. I activated flat internet for one day and even though it said it’s activated, next morning I receive message about how I spent all 7 gigs. Next thing is application is extremely slow, it’s not issue with device it’s issue with whole HT infrastructure which is really poorly designed. Application also doesn’t work a lot of times so that is extremely annoying. Not to mention that application design is so ugly and I’m having bad user experience. I’m not blaming developers who made the app, I’m blaming designers and HT administration.

Overall, as soon as my contract is over I’m leaving HT.

Which part of the app is actually working

As I received now to rate NPS of the chat feature, that triggered me to rate the app here because I really don’t understand is that app working at all. Chat within the app is not available/doesn’t work and I received no answer with my issue.
I cannot rely on the info stated within - yesterday I received sms that I have some due debt of 65,00kn that I do not see in any part of the app - says all bills payed.
I cannot add MaxTv and other services, it doesn’t recognize me as an user (reason why I tried to contact support over chat). Overall really bad user experience
