The all new MyTESY app helps you seamlessly programme and manage your smart TESY appliance.
MyTESY app is available for the electric water heater models BelliSlimo and ModEco, as well as for the electric convector models FinEco, LiveEco, ConvEco, HeatEco and FloorEco.
Connecting to the MyTESY app is easy and intuitive. You can quickly set a personalized weekly programme or simply select an Eco mode and let your smart TESY appliance do the rest for you in an energy efficient fashion. Connect, link in a group and get real-time status and control of your appliance(s) wherever you are.

Device keeps showing offline in app even though it is working and is connected to wifi is there a way to fix this? Issue still occurs tesy cloud app could not connect to the heater yet heater connected to wifi!!
