No use app

This app in it’s basic status gives you nothing! Not worth it!

I’d give 0 if possible

Here’s my email to customer support:
“I decided to give the software another try due to good reviews. After now having spent 2 hours trying to install the premium version onto only one ipad, I can tell you this is the worst customer experience in terms of difficulty of installation, since the times of windows 3.11 from early 1990s! Absolutely terrible nighmare!!!!

I have been led in circles between needing to backup the ipod onto my computer, informing me I have to switch off location detection feature, then after another backup circle informing me I need to erase files on the iPod due to insufficient space for backup restore (whatever this means). Of course, each time the device would become detached from my phone, thus requiring for your software to be erased from the iPod and reinstalled, but only after having run the installation through the Ourpact utility from the computer. Then, each time I tried to run the ourpact utility, it would go through a backup again, making me wait until it finishes, even though it did the backup 5 minutes ago.

After about 1,5hours I managed to install what I thought was a premium feature on 1 iPad, but, no, that was actually not the case, as when I tried to setup app scheduling, it would again tell me that I need to install the app on the Ipad, even though it was already there. Now I spent additional 30 minutes trying to figure that out, but I’m giving up, it’s 11:10 in the evening, I lost a lot of my precious time for nothing and have a messed up Ipod to show for it.

On top, in the process of backup, all folders on the ipod got erased and apps are now all on basic screen!!?? Why didn’t it specify somewhere this would happen – I have 3 kids using this IPod and they had all stuff sorted out. Now they have to do it again.

My phone and iPad are both up-to-date with software, my computer as well. I’m done with your terrible software. In this day, you do need to make it simpler for people to install it, and at least make sure after usage nothing is messed up on peoples’ devices.

Overall, really worst software in decades!
