Awesome app!
I am really enjoying this app, it has all needed info on plants and recognizes plants 100% right. I love “my garden” feature within the app. I can’t afford premium version but limited is actually enough for me, contains all the info I need and more. Tried few different apps but this is by far the best one. Thank you for developing this! <3
Great app, shame about the ads
The app itself is great and easy to use. It gives you detailed info about any plant you take a picture of.
What pisses me off though is how much they try to push the premium subscription – I don’t have a problem with it reminding me every now and then, but it seems every time you open the app it shows a full screen ad for the subscription, and then you have to WAIT for the close button to show up (the button itself is practically invisible, instead they want you to click the big subscribe button), and only then can you actually use the app.
Customer support is fantastic!
My plant had some kind of an illness, so I’ve reached out to plant care consultants. Reply came in an hour or so with detailed diagnosis for my plant, the fungicide I need to get and the DIY instructions for home made fungicide!! I’m impressed by these guys and their ways of working. This was definitely the top customer service I have ever experienced.
