Good game i love it i havent posted a long time ago stop adding skins thats the reason why i stopped playing fortnite cuz they always add skins and switched to PUBG also remember my explore maps idea? Yes i also do and i think it would be good for a mode without circles zones and option for no players to be added. I wanted to explore maps and that mode to explore maps like erangel vikendi mirramar sanhok… It will also attract people who roleplay in games such as myself which means more people meaning more visits meaning more popularity.
Can’t download update
When I try to download update it logs into my billing information and says like I don’t have enough money on my credit card to ,,buy’’ update. But the update is free! I cannot reach apple support for this problem so I write here. If anyone can help please do it!
Customer support in game
Hello,
I am PUBG Player for 3 years and so far I was very happy to be a part of the community. But after the problem/bug with my Avatar picture which I wrote several times to Customer Service and to official support email but I still haven’t heard anything from anyone. Game as game is okey. But everything else behind the game is really user unfriendly. I can’t get simple answer or a instruction to fix the issue.
Problem is that I have linked my email, my Apple account and my Facebook account and I am still not able to use my Social Media Avatar. Which I was able to use until last week.
Now my account profile looks like a fake one and unfortunately this has caused several of a real good in-game friends to remove me from their list.
I guess it is not a payment issue so it is not priority.
I wonder what happens to a problems like hacked accounts or some larger problems.
My opinion is that for a company with an in-game purchase your Customer Services should much quickly respond.
