Frequent problems this (2022) year
Otherwise, I am very satisfied with this application and it is of great help. Simple, completely adapted to the needs - but this year the system crashes sometimes even twice a day, which is of course a big problem. The only way to make it work is: I have to uninstall it and install it again, which takes focus and time. I hope it will be fixed soon. All the best!
Very practical
This application is very practical and helps a lot. It is easy to use and all data are available. On the other side, it doesn’t pass the info or messages in timely manner sometimes but it’s rather late for unknown reason.
Bad user experience
Such a bad app. I installed it and deleted it for 4 times. Every time I said to myself I should give it a new chance, since using web on mobile it’s such a pain (long verification every single time) and every time I end up disappearing.
Since I’m a product designer I tried ti reach someone from design team who cares enough about us users, but never succeed.
I hope you will do your research on relevant users and implement those changes because the current product is just bad. And it’s a shame.
