Samsung Health 4+

With every update something else is not working. Very bad. Can’t sync with galaxy watch. Sometimes I think you are doing it on purpose to buy a samsung phone...

Hello User, we are very sorry for the problem. To resolve the synchronization issue please close both the Samsung Health and Galaxy Watch app from the background. Start the Watch app first (wait for battery and other status to show up) and let it run in the background. Then open the Samsung Health app for synchronization. Also go to your phone Settings→Scroll down to apps and open Samsung Health→Toggle on Background App Refresh. Do the same for Galaxy Watch app. Let us know how it goes. Thank you.

Application shows summary information data (per month, week or day) for running, but it counts only full kilometers, not full distance. For instance, two running sessions, 7,60km and 7,80km are count in summary as 14,00km , instead of 15,30km.

Another question is if you can show data in summary area based on distance covered? Currently data on graph can be shown only with time spent on training sessions, but it woud be better if end users can choose in application what is most important to be shown as a summary: distance covered, time spent, or something else.

In addition, I didn’t succeed to send error report via application itself because it crashes or reports an error each time.

Each time when I try to send error report I receive message “Error occurred” in grey box on the bottom of a screen. When I try to attach image in error report application crashes immediately. It is not an network error, it is repeatable behaviour that completely disrupt error report sending functionality.

A couple of days ago ive updated to the new iphone software version and from that point on my galaxy fit(e) and the app are not working together. Im either not synchronized or if i am, the app doesn’t acknowledge my step count from the watch. Ive done everything advised and recommended, but nothing has changed for the better. This is as annoying as it gets!!
