Description
With StadtRAD Hamburg, you are spontaneously and flexibly mobile around the clock. Whether on the way to work, after work or during a city trip, with StadtRAD Hamburg you can rent a bike at any time at a favourable price.
You will find StadtRAD stations throughout Hamburg where you can hire and return bikes. In almost all tariffs, the first 30 minutes per journey are free of charge. You can also hire cargo pedelecs at selected stations - perfect for big shopping trips and your children!
With the StadtRAD Hamburg app, you can rent bikes, redeem voucher codes, view past bookings and report damage.

- To make sure you're not too far away when you open it, you need to scan the QR code on the bike before you set off
- Damage to bikes can be reported even more easily so that we can repair them more quickly

Don’t get into trouble! Avoid!
There was a problem with card payment which I found out few weeks later after leaving Germany. I owed 5€. I asked support if they could retry charing the card. They told me I must send money via bank transfer, and sending money would cost me another 10€. I asked them to close my account and they said that that cannot be done until I make a payment. I forgot to make a payment and just recieved a reminder in a form of *another* failed payment. Since I could not close my account they have just renewed my subscription for another year and now I owe them even more money! There was no reminder of upcoming charge.
All in all: bikes are bad, invoicing system is broken, customer support is horrible,…
Avoid if you don’t want to get into trouble!

Registration is fully broken
I resets you constantly. After trying 5 times i deleted the app.
