It depends, of course, on the kind of questions you ask, if you ask in another language, it can take more time to get an answer as well. We are improving our algorithms to connect more people who share the same language!
Terrible
Ok this is worst then Wikipedia, anyone who has this app can give you any answer. And of course people don’t know what they are talking about so most of answers are complete nuisance

Hi! Thank you for the feedback. Superfy app has an automatic algorithm system that can find the best people to answer your questions. The answers depend on users' knowledge, and goodwill, most of the time they are great matches, and sometimes you might get a bad answer, you can send us private feedback and report whenever you have this situation and we take care of it.
