Awful.

I cannot even begin to explain the tremendous impact this app has had on society. However, that doesn’t mean this impact is positive. It has made us into zombies who can’t stop swiping down for more videos and whose attention spans last no longer than 7 seconds. I do not recommend installing this app if you want to remain sane. I may be exaggerating a bit, but in all seriousness, this app promotes a way of living that is obsessed with being aesthetic and showing off yourself snd your life on social media. It also causes a lot of self image issues especially in young girls, since the popular tiktokers and those who get the most likes are those with “perfect” bodies and faces. Overall, a bad, bad app.

I think the rules are too strict on Tiktok, and we car lovers are not allowed to post drifting, fast driving, smoke from tuned diesel, etc. At least it's within normal limits and people know what they're doing. I also have a warning on my account because of that, and no one has ever been threatened. And I must say that the audience really likes car videos. You need to fix some things, I already lost a profile with 6.5k followers that I put a lot of effort into, because of your strict rules, and I don't want to lose this one with 3.3k followers again. There is another problem, Tiktok repeatedly warns, for some comment for which you have already received a warning. And this happens to me when I send a request to restore a completely different video. Today I resubmitted my request to restore the video and now I'm afraid I'll lose my account if I get a strike. Please help! I will appreciate your help.

Honestly

I hate the fact that certain regions of the world have different filters, sounds and content than the rest. I thought it was because I didn’t have the best phone but now I have an iphone and still don’t get all of the effects, filters or sounds or content other countries get??!? I really loved the fact the app let people see whats going on outside in the world but when I post something different it usually reaches people from my region which is not really the target audience for them. Like why do you show me tik toks from America but don’t show my content there?? Even those tik toks with 0 likes I still get a chance to see them which makes me think they kinda manipulate the distribution of that. Other than that I really don’t like that the comments have a limited amount of letters cause like, I have to post 2 comments instead of one with the full train of thought? Also the Kardashians??!? If I block them and mark all content regarding them as not interested why do you show me a tik tok of Kim Kardashian on top of my fyp???
