Be very carful what are you purchasing because they are not ready for any rebooking or refund… disappointed :(

They refused to change my time!
I booked a ticket for 12.30 and for my friends, there were no more available tickets for that time so they had to book for 14.30. I asked their support services to change the time but they refused to change it! That's shameful!
