App does not work
The App does not work and you cannot add your card to it once the old card expired, i.e. you cannot take a ride. After 4 hours chatting with the support it is still not fixed. As you can imagine it is so frustrating when you count on having a ride while you are abroad.

Once last year i waited half an hour for my driver, and i called him multiple times to ask is he close, he just kept saying that he does not see me but i was true to my location whilst he wasn't where he was supposed to be according to uber map. Then HE cancelled to me and the uber app took money from MY card(my fault that i ever gave it to them) without even consulting me, i just got the receipt to my email adress. I was so mad and i deleted my uber account immediately. Later i installed it again and the same thing happened, just this time i didn't put my card in the app and now i can't arrange rides because i'm in "dept" towards uber driver that didn't pick me up where he was supposed to and again he cancelled to me. My advice is not to give the app your card number cause maybe it isn't a big fee but it's really unfair. I rather use other apps and i've had a bad experience only with this one.

We waited half an hour for Uber to confirm the ride. After the confirmed ride, the taxi driver called me and said that he had to go in the direction of the city of Athens, not in the direction of the airport, which is not far away. I told him that my girlfriend might be late for her flight and asked him to drive her to the airport. When he came, he asked for an additional 50 € in cash or he would not drive her. My girlfriend had to pay 50 € in the car.
In the end, instead of the price of 22 € via the app, Uber charged my card for 52 €, the price based on the taximeter.
So we paid 102 € for a 22 € ride. Yes, one hundred and two euros!
That's the only bad experience, all other uber drivers are good people. In my country, this man's license to drive a taxi is immediately taken away for this robbery, and he can go to jail. I have never had such a bad experience in any of the over 40 countries I have visited. Mr. Kyriakos (car plates: TAA 5572) is a great disgrace to your country, to good taxi drivers in Athens and to your app. I reported him to the police and the Greek Taxi Authority.
Thank you Uber for allowing me this experience on the last day of my stay in Greece!
