Dark Mode and lock app
Dark Mode is refreshing, and i like it... i want to give you little tips... in dark mode, the arrow for delivered and readed meesages is little difficult to see diffrent beetween... if you can change the color of arrow in dark mode, example for deliver messager can be white, and for read messages yellow or something lighter... and when you start app and your app is dark mode, first came white then go to dark, please fix that... if some have white mode, then star up let be white screen, if is dark mode, then please, app start first screen i dark for dark mode, this is for IOS... and second request, please add lock app when open, if want someone like me to lock app with face id. You have lock password on viber for desktop. All best
Deletion all incoming media when reinstalling Viber (negative experience)
Viber absolutely does not protect the user from information loss, unfortunately. Even if a backup was created every day, when reinstalling viber, all incoming photos and files and all audio messages will be completely deleted, that is, the fact of their presence will be displayed, but it will be simply impossible to open them and play (or understand what is there). One wrong sudden movement and in general everything will be deleted, for example, such a banal action as "delete a contact", in the sense of deleting a contact from viber contacts, while without deleting a specific long-playing chat, you go to the main menu of the user whom you want to delete, scroll down, you find the familiar “delete” and press without a second thought, as a result, in a panic, already pressing this button, you understand that this is “delete the chat completely”, it must be some idiocy. And all, if this chat is still needed, all that remains is to reinstall Viber, roll back the copy, so to speak (in case, of course, if there is a backup copy). Yes, the chat is back, but all media is now removed from all other chats. Oh well, somehow all this is not serious! No user protection, no matter what the user does, one can only hope in case that everything will not fly off as usual. Not seriously.
App crash and bugs
When I am using app, it crashes within a min. Just close, in the middle of chat, video call or watching sent media.
I reinstalled app, and now I can’t even pin chats, delete chats and app crash is still on!
When I go to search contacts, or open new chat , response time can be measured in minutes - contact list is opened after two or more minutes.
Very bad performance.
