Helps a lot to build good meditating practice

I started practicing meditation few years ago. It sounded very simple and early beginning were easy. But very soon I was loosing my initial enthusiasam, and since rules were very loose, I was always under impression that I’m missing something. This lead me to practice less and finally to give up. Waking Up App, as guided meditation helpsa lot to avoid problems that I had (and seems a most of people). This particular - mindfulness meditation is best beginning in exploring different kind of meditation. I’m very thankfull practicing with this app!

Great helping tool

App by itself may not fully help you to overcome your deepest intimate setbacks like individual psychotherapy can but it is a great supporting tool and reminder to be present and observant in life and to integrate therapist’s advices in everyday existence ❤️
Helped me cope with anxiety attacks and fears. Also, I very much liked The stoic path podcast.
