No time for cooking? Don’t want to leave the house to do your shopping? We’ve all been there. That’s why we became the online experts on the greatest local shopping experiences and restaurants. Anything you need, we’ve got you covered with our 35 000+ restaurant and shop choices.
You’ll be kept in the loop on the status of the delivery in real-time, with a minute-by-minute countdown. If staring at a clock isn’t your thing, don’t worry – we'll also send you notifications so you know when your order is about to arrive.
We don’t like to brag, but we take customer support seriously, with a team of wonderful, friendly people in every one of the 23+ countries we operate in. They are just a chat away and respond in seconds.

Wonderful app!
I rarely write app reviews, especially positive ones, but I must say, as an iOS developer, this is the most beautiful app I have ever seen! It is the level of quality that every developer should try to achieve. The UX is delightful, the attention to detail with the small animations sprinkled everywhere makes the app a true joy to use! Apple should feature you on the front page of the store. Keep up the amazing work!
They don’t care about customers or delivery personnel
I was using this app for two years and everything was more or less okay. Then suddenly support became the most useless thing ever. They just give you random explanations and unhelpful responses.
There is no way to contact the delivery person except trough support. This means if you see him but he doesn’t see you, you have to wait 5 minutes of stupid responses from support before they connect you to the delivery person. This is insane.
Food gets cold. They have “heating” bags, but that doesn’t really work. It’s another factor. They’re doing 2-5 deliveries along with your order and this means you’re waiting for a long time. There’s no VIP option so you can’t pay more to get a better service (like Uber). Food gets cold and delivery is expensive.
Delivery with no delivery
This is an excellent app, very intuitive UX/UI, design and idea..BUT..my colleagues and I try to order food on daily basis and app is USELESS! The restaurants are cancelling our delivery as we order, app is showing places that won’t deliver, the restaurant choice is poor, in the beginning there was a list from we could choose restaurant, today, there were only few places from which we could order food, and when we decided to order and completed order, restaurant just close, and we couldn’t order anything or finish existing order. That is fifth or sixth time that happened. And one more thing..even though some restaurants are less than 3 km away, they don’t deliver, so the delivery coverage is poor and unsatisfying. It’s such a shame because this is a good idea and concept in theory, but in reality WOLT quickly became a DISASTER. 😕
