Description

We tried to create the simplest possible workout diary without unnecessary functions and indicators. No ready-made programs and exercises. Create your own programs for working out in the gym, at home or on the street.
If after testing many similar applications, they seemed too complicated and inconvenient to you, then this application is for you.
Main functions:
⁃ Adding a workout. You only need to specify the name of the workout during creation.
⁃ Active and inactive lists. Place currently used workouts in the active list, and those completed or created for the future in the inactive list.
⁃ Creating exercises. There are 4 types of results available for exercises: weight, repetitions, distance, time.
⁃ Recording the results. Easy and fast recording of results during training.
⁃ Performance history for each exercise. View the history for any period to see the progress. If you entered incorrect data by mistake, then you can change, delete or move it to another date.
