Desna ruka na mom putu kroz život.

Youper mi svakodnevno pomaže zapažati, zapisivati i učiti iz vlastitih misli i osjećaja. Dijagnosticiran mi je granični poremećaj ličnosti, teška depresija i anksiozno-panični poremećaj. Svaki dan misli su mi u kaosu i osjećam kao da sa sobom nosim težak teret. Prakticiram psihoterapiju i farmakoterapiju već godinama, nekoliko puta sam bila i hospitalizirana zbog suicidalnog ponašanja. Najteže mi je ostati sama sa svojim mislima, svakodnevno funkcionirati, raditi si raspored, učiti, održavati radne odnose. Koristim Youper tek oko tjedan dana, ali on mi uvelike pomaže organizirati se kad oko mene nema nikoga da me podigne na noge.

i used to adore this app, recommend it to everyone, use it often and found it very helpful for my mental health. but now that most of the stuff that used to be free are now available only if you pay, there is almost no reason for me to use this app anymore.

Developers destroyed their own app

It WAS one of the best apps ever made .. I used it for 3 years with subscription. Then with each update they made it worse and now they removed everything that was good about it (the "change your thinking / change how you feel" CBT based guide where you define the thought that makes you feel bad and then discredit it by detecting cognitive distortions and replacing it with a positive thought and you get a positive emotion it produces and it feels amazing.. and similar guides) .. 99% of the app is gone with the subscription (90€ thrown in wind) and the only thing remaining is a "AI chatbot" that is non-functional, and not AI at all, after a few irritating useless always the same prompts it just crashes it you answer anything that is not a default answer, also it crashes in other cases as well, ends up with a blank screen so you have to force the app to shut down ... it is completely useless, doesn't function at all.. so the app became a 90€ useless irritating junk. I don't get why they destroyed their own app. Bored of working and hunting for subscriptions based on old reviews with a (non-functional) shell of what it used to be before retiring? C'mon guys just bring back the old app (or at leasts the prompt/guide I mentioned) and also make it not crash like before (it is useless both on new iPhone and iPad pro with latest iOS) and then you can play with making your fake AI less unfunctional and less useless if that is your goal while the old functional great part of the app still exists and so people can stop hating you for taking something helpfull from their lifes and also scaming them fir subscription and then changing the app 100% to useless junk.
