YourHealth+ is a wellbeing app that provides self-directed light intervention for clients of allied health providers, employment providers and corporate organisations in Australia and the United Kingdom.
YourHealth+ helps strengthen confidence, motivation and resilience in Job Seekers and supports their entry into the job market.
It also nurtures the wellbeing of employees and managers as they navigate the challenges of balancing work, relationships, family, finances and personal fulfillment.
YourHealth+ is easily customised for your individual circumstances with the option of self-directed support or in combination with Allied Health intervention.
To access YourHealth+, you will need to be referred by a customer or clinician of:
