Ratings and Reviews
Loading issues!
Dear Zara app developers, please, please solve the issue of the loading of the content in the app. It has been present for a while now (to help you, iOS 15.2, but I have this issue for at least 4-5 months now - this means previous versions as well of my iOS and your app versions).
It takes ages for the content to load and honestly sometimes I just give up. That’s not something your bosses want so please, please solve it before the new discount season begins.
Also, please, please add the feature to be notified when the needed size becomes available again!

I asked several times for certain items to be informed when available(from section coming soon), but I never got that email, especially in last couple of months.
Almost perfect
Love the app!
I‘ve been using it actively for over a year now. Clean design, super easy and clear UX, streamlined ordering process, everything is cool apart from the ‘save’ button. Namely, when I save let’s say a pink bag, it doesn’t show in my wishlist as pink bag but some other color. On top of that it duplicates that other color. And now I have two same mint bags I did not ‘save’ instead of one pink I saved. It is the same product just not the color I wanted. I suppose this is a bug cuz it didn’t work like this in the beginning. Anyways, apart from this annoying glitch, everything else is good!
