New UI introduced functionality bugs
The new interface looks fabulous, however, the main functionality of the application has become unstable, which for me was flawless in the previous major version. On two of our iPhones our air conditioners can be turned on/off, but afterwards the check/refresh takes forever and we need to restart the application to proceed (e.g., set a temperate as well). Also, the commands are sometimes received with a notable delay (10-30 seconds). Tried general troubleshooting: app reinstall, appliance re-add, etc. I would kindly request to fix these issues as soon as possible.
App full of bugs and lacks functionality
Bought a brand new Whirlpool Air Conditioner. The app doesn’t provide all the functions the remote does. Saw that “old” app did though. Spontaneous logouts and App also “forgets” my device randomly. Whirlpool, fix your app!
Better than the prevoius mayor version, but…
There are lot of bugs. If i want to change my password it doesn’t allow me to create a new password which is l greater than 8 char because it throws an error that the lass should be more than that. O.o Any action that (probably) triggers an async call doesn’t call back. What does it mean? When I turn on the AC it immediately turns it on but the app hangs on the waiting screen and the status will be out of sync. I have to restart the app to be in sync again and to eliminate the waiting screen.
