Description
70mai App is a mobile phone software used with 70mai Smart Dash Cam.
After connected to 70mai Smart Dash Cam by Wi-Fi, you can get realtime image preview from your dash cam. You can also watch historical footage and even download important pictures/video to your cell phone. This process is super simple and does not use your SIM card.
In addition, you can check firmware update and download update package by 70mai App. Then, you can push the update package to the dash cam and start updating the device.
The 70mai APP European Server is now officially live!
We have deployed a dedicated server in Europe, allowing you to enjoy a faster and more stable access experience. Say goodbye to lag and enjoy seamless 70mai services.

Cannot connect to dashcam after updating app
After an update the app ask for confirming connection (with pressing confirm button on dashcam device). However no confirmation request is popping up on dashcam. Therefore the dashcam cannot be connected with phone

Can not longer use my camera after app ipdate
Dear Support,
I updated the app as requested and can no longer use my camera.
70mai S1 camera and Iphone 13 with IOS17.5.1 OS. The previous version of app worked correctly with this config.
The camera is listed in the WiFi networks on the phone and I can connect to it. The app cannot connect to the camera due to a timeout. This happens after 2 seconds.
What is the solution?
