Bad as just it can
If you do not want to finance in longer term a company who is not able to deliver the products which are available in their app then do not order anything! If the app is working well then they have to deliver the products but it is not the case because the products unfortunately were run out of stock 2-3 weeks later when your order was already placed. Congratulation for nothing!

5 stars are not enough
I have to say that I’ve never been a fan of online shopping until About You came along. Not only do they have good deals and good quality merchandise, but shipping and return is free and super fast and efficient! Their customer service is fantastic and you can truly feel safe and valued with them! ❤️
order deleted
Ordered a pair of shoes 8 days ago only to find out they deleted the order, customer service said the item's out of stock even though I already paid for it 8 days ago. Lady on the phone didn't even offer any compensation. Disappointed.
