Description
AC Freedom applied unique cloud computing technique. You can realize remote control of turning on and regulating the smart air conditioner through “AC Freedom” on mobile client. You can also check the working condition and set weekly timing. The interface is simple and friendly to customers which is only designed for specific home-used smart air conditioner rather than the whole production line.

Please add support for Homebridge, HomeAssistant, HomeKit so we can control the AC from management softwares. The AC Freedom app is very laggy, slow and hard to manage and lacking on many features such as Schedule modes. Fan mode for the night, Cooling mode for the day etc.. Only possible to put schedules for cooling mode not allowed to more deeply customize. Please make effort for smart home systems, the lack of it is very fustrating.
Constant desyncs and sometimes unable to set specific settings
The app is awfully slow. The unit is powered on, the app says it isn’t. Sometimes the settings menu for the unit show that the unit is powered down while it was powered on seconds before that so I’m unable the the fan speed and temp, etc…
Why do I have to reactivate the app every time I have reinstall it?
If I have to login into the system anyway, would I need to reactivate it. The system should know that it has been already activated previously.
Why is the app single session?
If I want to controll the AC unit from my iPad, why does my iPhones app need to logout to do that?
Please release the technical specs to the connection to the AC unit. It would be much easier to just write my own app to controll the unit.
Terrible to use
Unfortunately it contains lot of bugs.
This has to be fixed if you want to sell Rcool AC for a long term. This is not what a user should experience using electronic devices in 2020:(
I cannot believe a company like this cannot pay a sw engineer who has some brain and programming skills...
