Használhatatlan applikáció
Az applikáció tele van hibákkal, használhatatlan: a benzinkúton állva próbáltam először használni az applikációt, azonban sehogy sem sikeredett a regisztrációt követően fizetnem. A helyszíni QR kód beolvasása után a fizetendő összeget kiválasztva nem engedte a rendszer, hogy megadjam a bankkártya adataimat, majd egy másik összeggel sikeresnek tekintette a tranzakciót. A másik menüpontban nem engedte az applikáció, hogy elmentsem hosszútávra a bankkártya adataimat. Az ügyfélszolgálat pedig nem volt hajlandó felvenni a telefont reggel fél 10-kor egy munkanapon. Töröltem az applikációt, nem fogok ilyen benzinkúton tankolni ahol ennyire hibás a rendszer.
