Each subscription will be automatically renewed unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current payment period. Your iTunes account will be automatically charged at the same price for renewal within the 24-hour period prior to the end of the current payment period unless you change your subscription preferences in your iTunes Account Settings. When a subscription is cancelled, access to the app’s courses and features will expire at the end of the current payment period.

Best language learning app
Although I downloaded the app just a week ago, I’ve already learnt so much in Swedish. It is extremely useful, explains the grammar, the pronunciation and basically everything. Helps a lot with memorising the words, and the games are fun to play while practicing what I’ve already learnt. Worth every cent, I’ll definitely keep my subscription in the future. ☺️

Non user friendly app with non-existent customer support
I bought a yearly subscription for my course. I was not satisfied with it whatsoever. I tried reaching out to Babbel to cancel my subscription…no answer whatsoever. Then I realized not only they dont want to refund the money for the year I
First payed (and didnt use), they renewed the subscription and charged another year. So, I payed 2 years of subscription, used the app for maybe a week and can consider myself lucky that now after 2 years of trying to reach to them, they are “nice” enough to cancel the automatic renewal, so I eont have to pay for 3rd and 4 th year of subscription for an app i never used. The worst customer support ever….would not recommend it to anyone

Extremely useful. Worth every cent.
With appropriate supplementation eg. reading newspapers, listening to podcasts in your target language + delving deeper into verb conjugations and making an effort to memorise such things in your target language - Babbel is in fact enough and extremely useful to take your target language from A1 to at least B1. From then on, it’s just a matter of practice and exposure to take it to B2 and further.
