The Bandcamp app lets fans explore a vast catalog of music by artists from every corner of the globe, allows them to directly support artists by buying their merch (and wishlisting albums & tracks for purchase at a later time), and lets them instantly listen to the music they've purchased, online or offline.

God stuff

If I were able to by albums via the app and maybe manage a queue of songs this would be my no.1 music player on my phone. As it is still amazing.

It’s ok

• You cannot purchase digital music unless you get it bundled with a physical release.
• There is still no dark mode support.
• There is no language support, not even a Japanese or French option like on the website.
• Lyrics are very difficult to reach, you can’t see them in your collection at all, only if you listen from the artist’s page, and even there it’s hidden behind the tracklist. I wish it was implemented in the player window instead.

Dark mode please!
