Hot tub does not react to most commands in app

App feels basic and cheap, would be OK if it would get the basic remote job done at least: need to press 4-15 times (eg.) the filter start button in the app to get the hot tub running giving a beep each time like the command was transferred but phisically nothing happens - the pump does not start, only after several attempts - same goes for turning off the pump and all other remote functions

Works basically, some extras could make it better.

I use this app for Lay Z Spa.
The app works basically, there’s no problem with basic functions, but I’d recommend few improvements that would be a huge step forward, and would make control much easier for many of us.
- App widget for ios (faster control)
- Apple Watch support (if you don’t have your phone nearby)
- Siri support
- Basic app-performance improvements
- More user friendly UI (bigger control buttons,-if your hand is wet for example it can be hard to tap small buttons-, more visual scheduling)
- Maybe iOS Health app integration)

No activation email

I've tried with three email addressess but I havent received the activation mail to complete the registration.
