Not just the app and scooter, the customer service isn’t working
I tried to park the scooter in a non-restricted area but it saw it’s in a restricted area. I tried everything the FAQ website suggested and none of the methods worked, the price just get higher as time went. I was afraid to leave it this way because anyone could use the scooter on my money. Finally it ended but it cost me about 10 more minutes. The customer service is online only, hard to find and there is no phone number. They sent me back the money of 3 minutes and reminded me to know the zones, which, in fact the system didn’t see right.
If you can, use another services. There are better, more user friendly services who had the problem report button inside the app and it’s actually working, and don’t use Bird.

Terrible connection & customer service
I had a terrible experience with them. We rented out two scooters at the same time = same place, same brand. One is working perfectly and the others says we are in a wrong location. I couldn’t even finish my route because of it so i needed to walk with the heavy scooter for 100m when finally realized where am i. Of course the clock was tickinng and my money was NOT well spent. When i contacted the customer service they were giving me back a kinda automatic BS reply and no refund… i still have some money in the app but i will never ever use it again…
