Ratings and Reviews
Great app - with a bug :)
I really enjoy it because it allows me to go on trips spontaneously. But there’s an annoying bug which I hope you fix it soon. If I choose English as the language and search for rides, I can only see the bus offers. But in German version I can see normal rides too. It’s the case on your web app as well.
Horrible
Oh, the joy of reading complaints about the language issue from six years ago, only to download the app for a trip in Hungary and realize I'm in for a delightful nightmare. Every single move requires a screenshot for translation because, surprise, surprise, this company still hasn't bothered to update the app to include an English version for us poor souls living in non-fluent-speaking countries. What on earth is going on over there? Is there some deep, dark mystery preventing this tiny tweak from happening? It's beyond absurd that a 250 million euro company can't manage this. Clearly, I'm missing something vital here (and yes, I'm deleting the app since it's utterly useless where I live). Bravo, BlaBlaCar, truly stellar work!
Cannot change language
Downloaded being in Hungary logged in now cannot change language. Why is it installed by default in local language? Imagine I am in Sweden or Poland? How do i deal with it?
