The app works fine but I have a few ideas to add as functions I’m missing: - It would be nice to have an option to order and pay for a ride for someone else-like a guest of mine whose ride to home I’m willing to pay for. - Checkbox for whether I’d like to chat on the ride with my driver or not/same as where do I want to sit: in the front or in the back. I know this is kinda extra function but would make the orders and the rides so much simpler - Option to plan a route with multiple adresses if I’m ordering a ride together with friends but separate destinations

I used Bolt dozens of times in Budapest, and was pretty satisfied with both the app and the drives. Today was different though. When I ordered a ride this morning, the app showed some 21 minutes of waiting for it. This was unusually long for me and decided to cancel it to try Uber instead. Unfortunately the ride cancellation option in the Bolt app is so well hidden that I could not find it. So I sent the driver an SMS message telling him that I was cancelling the drive. Despite this, I noticed in my bank account a pretty hefty charge that was even higher than that same ride used to cost me. I also got an email from Bolt notifying me about their cancellation policy. I could not believe it. They give you 2 minutes to cancel a ride free after the driver accepted the ride. 2 minutes to find the well hidden option to cancel! This was outrageous even to the Uber driver who eventually drove me to my destination. So, after many satisfied drives with Bolt, I am saying good riddance to them and switching to Uber. You can fool me only once with such a practice.
Drivers keep cancelling

Imagine: what would you do if in a restaurant after taking your order the waiter cancelled it after a few minutes without any explicit reason with you have no option to even say anything?After it became Bolt, it appears that drivers have the option to cancel an order after already having made customers wait a few minutes. And the app does NOT let you rate those drives. Saturday I wanted a lift from the 1st district Budapest (Castle) to the 7th disctrict Budapest (Erzsebet krt) midnight, and I got cancelled 3 times in a row after waiting 2-3 mins for each. What a disappointment! I decided to go with another service. Yes, drivers are not slaves, they have their rights, but customers should be first. Why do they have their algorithms to automatically find a driver for the customer and a customer for the driver, when the drivers can actually overwrite the process manually as the fancy takes them. I’ve never experienced anything as counterproductive as Bolt is before. Change the rules, or you’ll loose more customers.
Double payment for all ride?

Dears, Its pretty weird that the user of this application need to pay twice for every ride. I am paying my ride in the app, and I pay again with card to the sofeur in Hungary. Unfortunately its just been realized after my bank booked the transactions…. This is a really weird operation. Br, PeterAfter 2 weeks they sent me back the double payments correctly, so I changed my original rate from 1 to 3 star. If the developer would be able to change the possibility of double payment in Hungary, I would add 5. keep up the good work! Br, Peter
