Ryanair app
This app consistently provides unreliable information which is later covered up with deceitful explanations. I have encountered multiple instances where the data available through the app did not reflect reality, causing significant issues during my travels. Customer service responses consistently claim that updates are in progress, but these explanations raise more questions than they resolve, offering no real solutions. The developers urgently need to improve the accuracy of the information and the handling of customer complaints. As it stands, I cannot recommend this app to anyone, as it only leads to unnecessary complications and frustration.

Good and useful app
It is easy to use, the interface is logical, pleasant, and a great help in choosing accommodation. I would add 'breakfast' to the filtering options, as room service is a bit ambiguous. The map view is also very good, though it could be more accurate (for example, during one of my bookings I noticed that the river that runs through the city is missing from the map). All in all, the app is very good, I recommend it to everyone!
App works very well, but lacking intelligence in communications
I have used the app for a long long time now, and very happy with the booking process, offers, organisation of the information and integrated interactions with the properties. I just can’t understand why after I book a property and receive confirmation they send me emails about other hotels for the same dates (?). There is no clear way to give general feedback through the app. If I unsubscribe from communications and check “tell us in your own words” … there is no box to type my own words (?). Otherwise totally recommend it
