Very disappointed!!
I wrote my review again, because I can not see it, but I wrote it 1 month ago… Actually, there is no three day trial… When I wanted to accept the three day, the app automatically deducted the money from my bank account… Moreover, the application is also faulty, it did not recognize even the simplest plants. I am so disappointed! It was a lot of money, what I actually I did not want to pay!

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our app. We do offer the free trial and there shouldn't be any automatic payments until the trial ends. However, please pay attention to the fact that the trial can be used once via the same Apple ID.

Kindly also note that you can request a refund at http://reportaproblem.apple.com/. Unfortunately, the developers are not able to process the reversal on their part.
To avoid any further payments, please cancel the subscription in your Apple ID Settings:
1. Go to your device Settings > Tap your name > Subscriptions.
2. Choose the "AI Plant Identifier App－Botan" subscription from the list, then tap Cancel Subscription.

I don’t understand
I wanted to try the trial version and after entering my bank card details, the program deducted a monthly subscription fee from me. And it didn't recognize the plant either.

Please note that the trial is followed by a weekly subscription. If you were charged for a full subscription it means that it was purchased manually.

Disappointed
I do not think the app is working good. I wanted to try free trial, added my bank card data and nothing happened. All the time the message popped up ups sth went wrong😕
