How to activate the application?
• Download and launch the application.
• As a first step, please provide your ID and password used in the MKB Internetbank (ex BB).
• You will receive a one-time password to your phone number set in the MKB Internetbank (ex BB). You will need this password when the application requires you to provide the password sent in text message.
• When logging in to the application, please provide a unique ID (mPIN) consisting of six digits. You will use this mPIN to access the application thereafter.
• The activation of the application ends upon the confirmation of your mPIN and you will enter the application for the first time.
• During the sign in process, you have the option to enable the Touch ID / Face ID authentication.

Please note that the maximum amount of HUF transfer per day in MKB Mobil App (ex BB) for retail customers for 2,000,000 HUF, for corporate customers up to HUF 4,000,000 HUF for the amount available on the payment account!

Technical conditions:
• At least iOS 12.0 version
• The use of the application on devices with Jailbreaked operating systems is not supported in order to protect our clients, as, in this case, the risks of accessing data regarding their bank accounts escalate.
• The existence of MKB Internetbank (ex BB) service is a prerequisite for the use of MKB Mobil App (ex BB).

Sub-standard integration

Ui is simple and great, but the App integration to core banking systems simply does not work. From time to time I don’t see my transaction history. Account balance changes randomly, unprocessed credit card payments Without corrective debit transaction... the only important thing a Bank should deliver is trust and reliability. This app completely ruins this and makes me think to close my relationship with them.

One issue

Great app. Easy to use plus I can login now witch is not bad, but when I want to pay for my phone bills for example with another app, and It’s redirecting me to simple pay to do that and then the bank authentication page pops up (because it remembers my card) but I cannot continue because the app won’t send me any notifications, regardless if notifications are turned on or not in the bank app. So please fix it! Sometimes I’m lucky and get an sms for verification, but it rarely happens.

Dear Customer! Thanks for your feedback, we regret that you have experienced a problem receiving notifications. Please turn off and then on the desired notification type again. If you still do not receive notifications, please delete the app and reinstall your it, this is expected to solve the problem. It is important that you will need the Internetbank userID and password after reinstallation! If you still do not receive notifications, send a full description and userID of the experienced error to for a detailed examination.
