Mit Call a Bike bist du rund um die Uhr spontan und flexibel mobil. Ob auf dem Weg zur Arbeit, im Feierabend oder während eines Städtetrips, mit Call a Bike kannst du jederzeit und deutschlandweit günstig ein Fahrrad mieten.

Insgesamt 13.000 Fahrräder stehen dir in über 80 Städten zur Verfügung. Mit der App kannst du auch ein Fahrrad von StadtRAD Hamburg und Lüneburg sowie RegioRadStuttgart ausleihen.

In der App werden alle Fahrräder auf einer interaktiven Karte dargestellt. Du kannst sie vor Ort über QR-Code oder durch Eingabe der Fahrradnummer ausleihen.

Deine Fahrt kannst du pausieren: einfach in der App aktivieren und das Fahrradschloss verschließen.

Zur Rückgabe bringst du das Fahrrad an eine der Call a Bike-Stationen, die du in der interaktiven Karte in der App findest.

Einzelheiten und Kosten zu deinen Fahrten hast du in deinen Buchungen jederzeit im Blick. Du kannst hier außerdem Gutscheincodes einlösen, Schäden melden und dein Kundenkonto verwalten.

- Verbesserte Navigation auf der Karte
- Komplett überarbeitete Darstellung von mehreren ausgeliehenen Fahrrädern und der Profil-Seite
- Aufruf der Tutorials an einem zentralen Ort im Profil möglich
- Detailliertere Darstellung vergangener Fahrten
- Ursachen für Abstürze und Fehler beseitigt

The service is unreliable

We faced all the possible bugs what you can imagine. We started a rent, but cannot end, because the application was faulty. We opened a bike, but the application did not start the rent. We could open a bike in the app, but did not find the bike at the location. And support center is unavailable. They did not respond to any message. Finaly we started to use MVGO in Munich. It worked smoothly. This service is the shame of Deutche Bahn.

Registration is not possible

The SMS Will not arrive prior to my death. Unuseable.

You cannot unsubscribe...

Watch out because you are gonna get billed next year for the annual fee again and there is no option in the app to cancel any type of membership. ridiculous..

Hello,
our terms and conditions, which you agree to when you register, state that the contract will be extended for another year if nothing is canceled in time. Cancellation must be made in writing by email, post or fax. This can also be found in our terms and conditions. So you have more than enough options. :)
