Completely unreliable
So many times I got late from everywhere because the app is not working properly. It sends push notifications out of order and randomly displays (or not at all) arrival times and says there is no arrival when clearly is, one bus stop away on the same line... first I thought it is only the 720/738 lines are like that, but sadly learnt, it’s the app itself all around Lisbon...
The route planner only comes up with one option and gives weird ideas like walk 8 mins and hop on a bus in 3 mins... I mean, sure! 🙄😂
Was it too difficult to implement and share the data to Apple Maps, therefore you don’t need to waste the money creating apps like this? Just saying!
