Just as the app name “Ekhoni” implies, you’ll be able to do everything instantly – from signing up for Citytouch Digital Banking services to adding money in the account, all without having to visit the bank branch in person.

Requirements:
- Applicant's National Identity Card (NID)
- Applicant’s selfie
- Applicant's e-TIN copy (optional)
- Nominee’s photo (captured live or uploaded from phone gallery)
- Nominee's National Identity Card (NID)
- Supporting documents for source of fund (only applicable if the applicant’s monthly transaction requirement is more than BDT 100,000)

- Savings Delight Account
- Seniors’ Savings Account (only for customers aged 50 years or above)

Selfie Option
I couldn’t pass the selfie photo step after trying it for 1000+ times, ensuring good lighting conditions and following each and every steps written. I needed an urgent bank account as my working hour doesn’t allow me to visit a bank and open an account! Disappointing experience!
