Getting awesome
Awesome app, Nice UI, good features! It should have some more accurate graph charts and should have remember my settings (if I want to see 7d or 3 month charts for example) on the main screen... otherwise it’s really great, especially the instant buy feature!
Good until they freeze your account for no reason
I chose higher coinbase fees as I saw it as a trade off to get higher security and service stability. Everything went well for over a year or so until btc hit 20k. When I wanted to execute a transaction then, I received an error message that my account is restricted... no prior email notification, no further explanation in the app... I haven’t surpassed any limitations as I only trade small amounts and my ID has been verified since the beginning. I opened a ticket but I’ve received no feedback yet (3rd working day and waiting). Options tried: level 2 identification (address verification) - done but no change, upgrading to coinbase pro and migrating funds - restricted from doing so... I don’t even want to think about what would happen if cryptos would collapse and I wanted to get out quickly .. now I couldn’t do anything but watch...
The slow payout cost me a lot of money.
When I needed the crypto the most, they could not get it to me in time. I was participating in a node sale where I just ran out of the cheapest block of ETH I had in my wallet, I had USDC on coinbase and quickly exchanged it for ETH and started the withdrawal. But the transaction wasn't sent through the ARB network for several hours , instead I had to sell another crypto on Binance which I didn't want to sell anyway and bought ETH from it and then had to transfer it out , interestingly enough it arrived in my wallet within 1 minute , but I was able to buy the node for more than 3 times more expensive. I was very disappointed with the company.
