New exercises now available, including step-by-step guidance by Alan Gordon, LCSW, the creator of Pain Reprocessing Therapy! This novel approach was studied in a 2021 randomized clinical trial published by four members of Curable's Scientific Advisory Board showing significant results for chronic pain patients who used PRT:
- 66% were pain-free or nearly pain-free at post-treatment (vs. 20% in the placebo group, 10% in the usual standard of care group)
- Gains were largely maintained at a 1-year follow-up
- MRIs showed changes in the brain's pain response relative to the other groups

We’ve also made technological improvements to create:

Goodbye migraine

I have been having very intense migrains for years when I accidentally found Curable app.I usually don’t purchase apps but the scientific background sounded very promising.I think explaining how our body/neurosystem works helped me understand how to deal with my pain.I haven’t taken any medication since I started using the app.(a few months ago).My migrains are not completely gone but reduced to a level that even I am impressed.This app definitely helped me and I am grateful for all the work everyone put in it.♥️♥️♥️Thank you!
