— IMPROVED PERFORMANCE OF EVE PLAY —

Great solution after communication issue solved

Few month ago I was upset due to communication issue between Hardwares but now that you solved the problem, I’m happy to have your product & software to make my home smart after the.

No compatibilty with iOS12, rules messed up

Device firmwares and the app should have been updated since a long time to fix iOS 12 and TVOS 12 compatibility issues (bluetooth range connectivity and rules compatibilty) however this did not happen so far. Please don’t tell me it’s Apple. The specification and description of changes which effects homekit and communication is available for the developers since a long time. You did a really great job so far with this tool and your accessories, please keep this in the future as well. Thank you.

Hi Csaba_, unfortunately the update to iOS 12/tvOS 12 seems to have broken the connectivity between home hub (Apple TV 4/HomePod) and bluetooth accessories for some users. We are working close with Apple to solve the issues. In case you have any questions and/or want to help identify the problem, you may contact us at volker (at) evehome (dor) com . Btw: The problems have nothing to do with the firmware, and upgrade would not help here
