After downloading, you only have to enter your e-channel ID and password, and the freedom of banking is already yours.

Credit card repayments are impossible with the latest version. There’s no way to dismiss the numerical keyboard. Please fix asap. Thanks!
The app is a huge improvement over the previous banking app, that drove me crazy with its hamburger menus and typos. The app might’ve had issues when it was launched last week, but I haven’t noticed any problems so far. I could find every functionality I need and the lack of dijnet integration doesn’t bother me. The only thing I disliked is the app’s name, but a quick search revealed that it actually refers to the very first autopilot. So, I’ve come to peace with this, too. Bottom line: it’s a pretty good banking app. Thanks, and stay safe and well!

So frustrating to use
Both the app and the web app are under maintenance quite often and I find it ‘interesting’ that there’s no alternative solution available during the wait, so it’s impossible to reach your account. I cannot wrap my head around the fact that this went through probably a whole department, or more, and it even became available to the public like this. Oh well.
Tracking expenses is a nightmare. Sadly “George” is not smart enough to keep up with the data that the Erste customer base is generating. Sometimes it shows the spendings immediately, but most of the time days or week(s) apart and the best thing is that it even mixes it up with all kinds of dates, how fun is that?!
The app is a significant upgrade over the last one, well, at least it could and probably will be, but in the meantime it generates unnecessary headaches that could have been prevented.
A happy software engineer
I am a software engineer and I have to say, you can tell that some real professional made this app. Most bank apps will have a low ratio of bugs because of the gravity of errors in that sector, but this is the first one where the UI was at the same level of quality, finally a touch of new age and a better UX for the users. Very nicely done, thank you!
