Worst service i have ever received
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, absolutely garbage of a reseller. Theytake your money at the very first intention to book, but it’ll be pending until 1-2 hours before the flight. I’m surprised they are still legally operating 🤷🏻♂️
No customer service at all: ‘Contact us’ means you are allowed to follow them on instagram, and you can request an email, which you most likely never get. I’m really , really disappointed…
No check in in the app.
It would be urgent to check in for tomorrow for my flight. I can't. I downloaded the app maybe there i can do that. I was wrong there is not even a personal account to log in to find my purchased ticket. What can i do? Tomorrow I will have a long flight and dont want to seat on a bad seat.
